The entire apartment is yours to enjoy! You’ll either be personally greeted by a Metro Haven Suites Sublet team member or given self check-in instructions.

Throughout your stay, you’ll have access to our Client Experience team through the Metro Haven Suites Sublet App. You can schedule additional cleanings, submit maintenance requests, and view our neighborhood recommendations with just a few taps.

We’ll share all details upon confirmation of your stay..

A few things to note
This apartment can be booked for a minimum of one month.

 All bookings require your contact information, pet information, and the number of the Occupant. Also, you'll need to provide identity verification before checking in.

For stays over One month, rent for the first month of your stay and the security deposit are due to book.

For stays between One month and Three months, 40% of the total rent and the security deposit are due to book.

For shorter stays, rent for your entire stay and the security deposit are due to book.

We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our apartments with our actual furnishings.  

Can I arrange a viewing?
Unfortunately, we do not offer apartment viewings at this point in time. To respect the privacy and convenience of our current Occupants. However, we offer a 3D tour, floor plan, video tour, and photos for each home. To view in-depth photos of your desired apartment, click on "Photos" to get the big picture (literally)—our photos for each apartment show exactly what you can expect.
